Information you provide

The contact form emails your name, email address, topic, and message to Famidi without creating a separate theme database record. Email and hosting providers may retain delivery records. Donation processors collect information needed to complete a transaction and issue a receipt.

Essential technical information

Hosting and security providers may process standard server logs needed to deliver and protect the site.

Google Analytics

With your permission, the site uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, referral source, approximate location, device and browser type, donation steps, and basic interactions. Google Analytics may receive the selected program and donation frequency after a completed donation. Google Signals remains disabled.

Google Ads measurement

With your permission, Google Ads conversion measurement helps Famidi understand whether an ad led to a donation step or completed donation. Google may receive campaign attribution, page context, gift value and currency, and a pseudonymous transaction ID. Famidi does not send donor names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or GiveWP receipt identifiers to Google. Advertising personalization remains disabled.

Before permission

Google tags may send limited cookieless consent and measurement pings while analytics storage, advertising storage, and advertising user data consent remain denied. Hotjar does not load before permission.

Hotjar

With your permission, Hotjar may record anonymous click, scroll, and navigation patterns so Famidi can improve page usability. Hotjar does not load on contact, payment, receipt, checkout, or donor-account pages. Famidi does not intentionally send names, email addresses, payment details, or donation receipt identifiers to Hotjar.

Measurement storage

After you choose Allow measurement, Google may set first-party measurement cookies for up to 180 days, advertising storage and advertising user data consent are granted for conversion attribution, and Hotjar may use its own analytics storage. Advertising personalization stays disabled.

How information is used

Information may be used to respond, process donations, keep required records, prevent misuse, understand website performance, measure campaign results, and improve the website.

Sharing

Famidi may use payment, email, hosting, security, analytics, advertising measurement, accounting, and legal providers. Google and Hotjar receive measurement data only according to your privacy choice. Famidi does not sell personal information.

Field privacy

Public project evidence should omit unnecessary beneficiary details.
