A winter food package for a father of six.
A father of six thought he was helping deliver a box. Then he learned that the food inside was for his own family.
The January 16 field video follows a father working with a wheelbarrow to provide for six children. The team asked him to help move a box, presenting it as a delivery.
Moments later, they told him that the food was for his own family. The video records his reaction and the completed delivery during Famidi’s winter food drive.
The box he thought he was delivering was for his own family.
Famidi buys food staples locally and packs them for families to use at home. Contents and prices can change, so this delivery shows what was provided then rather than promising the same package today.
