A jacket is simple, visible, and immediately useful. The deeper work is choosing the right size and place.
Winter support works best when it is specific. A coat needs to fit. Fuel needs to match how a household heats its home. Bread support needs a bakery close enough to reach.
The 2025 archive shows decisions behind a time-bound winter campaign: sizing jackets, meeting children where they already spend time, and documenting the result without staging a large event.
The goal is not to make winter look dramatic. It is to make the next cold day more manageable.
